The small peaceful village offers a long beach of several milesand a beach promenade, directly in front of the appartment.

Heiligendamm is unique in its classical architecture with a palladian building and ist white villas (String of Pearls), known as the White Town at the Baltic Sea. The villa Haus Bischofsstab is the first of the sea-front villas. Most of the old buildings have been restored and are operated by the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm, which was also the location for the G8 summit in 2007.
